The Council for Cooperation between Civil Society and the Government is the main mechanism that coordinates the process of government cooperation with civil society. The council is comprised of 29 members, 15 members from civil society are democratically elected by the civil society representatives through the CiviKos Platform, and 14 members are appointed directly from the government.
